Tuesday, October 6th, Chris Rouw(Far Reach) and Matt Dunning(Talk to Me Technologies and Pogo Boards) presented the recently released Pogo Boards web-based product to the Cedar Valley .Net User Group. The topic of the presentation was “Using innovative technologies to solve business problems”. The presentation began with an explanation and demo of Pogo Boards by Matt. Chris then went into the architecture of the application and discussed why Far Reach used Silverlight vs other technologies to implement the product.

There were about 30 people in attendance for the presentation. Dan Beenken was also present and gave a brief overview of the services offered by the Innovation Incubator at the University of Northern Iowa, which he manages. Far Reach was the first company to "graduate" from the program in December 2008.
